Global Blocks
Design any part of your site in Elementor — header, footer, popup, post template — then decide where it appears.
Most themes let you build pages, and hand you a settings panel for everything else. NovaSpark lets you build those too. A Global Block is a piece of your site designed in Elementor and placed by rule rather than dropped into one page.

What a Global Block is #
Three things together:
- A designBuilt in Elementor, exactly like a page.
- A typeWhat part of the site it is — a header, a footer, a popup. The type decides where NovaSpark is willing to put it.
- A placement ruleWhere it should appear. Site-wide, on one page, on everything except the shop — see Display Conditions.
Change a block once and every page using it updates. That is the whole point: your header lives in one place, not on two hundred pages.
The twelve types #

The type is not decorative. It is how NovaSpark knows which blocks to offer when you pick a header, and where a block is allowed to appear. Setting it wrong is the usual reason a block does not show up in the list you expected.
Creating one #
- Start a new blockGo to NovaSpark → Global Blocks and click Create Block. The NovaSpark dashboard also has shortcuts that pre-select the type for you.
- Name itSomething you will recognise in a dropdown later — “Main header” beats “Header 3 final v2”.
- Set the Section TypeIn the Section Settings box below the editor. Do this before designing, since some types add their own options.
- Publish, then designClick Publish, then Edit with Elementor. Blocks open on a blank canvas with no header or footer around them, so what you see is only the block.
Assigning it #
Designing a block does not put it on your site. There are three ways to place one, and they take precedence in this order:

So a page override always beats a condition, and a condition always beats the site default. Setting a site default in Theme Options is enough for most sites; reach for conditions when one section of the site needs something different.
Block not appearing? Work down that list. It is nearly always one of: the Section Type is wrong, the page has an override pointing somewhere else, the conditions do not match the page you are looking at, or the block is still a draft.
Duplicating #
Hover a block in the list and choose Duplicate. You get a copy, as a draft, with the same design and type but no conditions — so it cannot start competing with the original before you have finished it.
This is the safe way to try a variation: duplicate, change the copy, then give the copy its conditions once you are happy.
Reusing one inside a page #
Any block can also be dropped into a page by hand, which is what the Generic type is for — a call-to-action band, a contact strip, anything you repeat but do not want to rebuild.
- Build it as a Generic blockSame as any other, with Section Type set to Generic.
- Edit the page that needs itOpen it with Elementor.
- Add the NovaKit Template widgetSearch the widget panel for NovaKit Template and drag it in.
- Choose your blockPick it from the dropdown. Edits to the block update every page using it.
